Fiorentina coaches are supported by UEFA-licensed InterEurope staff, with years of experience across European clubs. Together, they create a structured, challenging, and encouraging training environment modeled after the Fiorentina Academy itself.

Small Group Coaching
(1:10 Ratio)
We ensure a maximum of 1 coach per 10 players. This low player-to-coach ratio allows for personalized feedback, more touches on the ball, and measurable progress.
