Each session follows Benfica’s 360° development model — designed to build well-rounded players through intentional, progressive training. Every drill has purpose, from decision-making to technical precision and spatial awareness, mirroring the same world-class methodology used at Benfica Academy in Lisbon.
Smart Grouping: By Age and Level
Players are grouped by both age and ability — just like at Benfica Campus — so no one gets stuck in the wrong group.
This ensures every player is challenged at the right level, whether building confidence or tackling advanced technical work, with coaches keeping progress steady and burnout-free.
TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL TRAINING
Benfica’s training builds intelligent, skillful players through a structured approach. Players learn to control space, play with purpose, and adapt to real game scenarios — both in and out of possession.
PHYSICAL TRAINING

Advanced Player Experience in Portugal
After completing a Benfica camp, selected players will be invited to join an advanced training program held at Benfica Campus in Lisbon, the official training ground of
SL Benfica.
This program includes daily training with Benfica Academy coaches, games against local Portuguese teams, classroom sessions, and a tour of the famous Estádio da Luz. It offers a complete football and cultural experience for players who want to continue developing in a professional environment.
