Trip Schedule Overview

Arrival in Lisbon, hotel check-in, welcome ceremony, light training, and a relaxed visit to the city center.
Training at SL Benfica Academy, followed by a strength and conditioning session focused on performance and injury prevention.
Morning training at the Academy, followed by a competitive match against a local Portuguese team to apply their skills in game play.
Beach soccer session to build agility, balance, and coordination, followed by an SL Benfica pro match at Estádio da Luz.
Training with Academy coaches, followed by a second match against local competition for more game-time experience.
Academy training, a guided tour of Estádio da Luz — exploring the locker rooms, tunnel, and pitch where Benfica’s pros compete.
The last Academy session prepares players for their final match. The week ends with a closing ceremony to celebrate their growth and achievements
Players check out and depart Lisbon—taking home valuable lessons, professional-level experience, and lifelong memories.
