Coaches evaluate each player across all four pillars through drills and game play. Top performers may be selected for elite training at Benfica’s Academy in Seixal, Portugal.

Selected players will be invited to train at Benfica’s official Academy in Seixal — where stars like João Félix and Bernardo Silva were developed — with matches against Portuguese teams, a visit to Estádio da Luz, and more. It’s a full football and cultural experience for serious young athletes.
